order? |
| Yes, you specify the name you want when placing
your order. |
What is the cost and terms to register a domain name for

What system do you use to register domain names? |
| We use Icann
accredited Verisign nsi.com registrar. This
is the world official main registrar. |
Do you register the domain name in your name or mine? |
| We register the domain name with you listed as the owner.
You have complete control should you ever want to sell your domain name or
move your domain name to another hosting service. You are also be listed as
the administrative and billing contact. |
If I register a domain name through you but later decide to switch hosting
companies, will I have control over my domain name? |
| Yes, you have full control to make changes to your
domain name at any time. If you wish, you may also transfer your domain
name to another registrar; there are no fees or penalties for doing this. |
Will I be able to renew my domain name? |
| Yes, you can renew your domain name at any time. As a
courtesy, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to your domain name
expiration date, giving you plenty of time to renew. If you do not wish to
use a domain name any longer, you can simply let it expire and you will
not be charged. If your domain name is very important to you we suggest to use our domain lock, if for any reason you forget to renew your domain we will lock it for you to prevent others from registering it. |
I currently have a website hosted with another company. Can I transfer the
domain name to your hosting service? |
| Yes, you simply need to change the domain name server (DNS)
information for your domain name with the company that your domain name is
registered with. When you send your order you will receive immediately your DNS. |
My domain name is currently registered with another
registrar. Can I transfer it to your domain regitration service? |
| Yes, the transfer is free, you will pay only for adding
years. You can transfer your domain name at any time, you don't need to
wait until it is near expiration, you will receive credit for the time
remaining on your current registration. To transfer your domain you must
be the owner and listed as admin contact in the current registrar database. |
Can you host "country code" domain names (such as
.ca, .be, .fr, etc...)? |
| Yes, we can host any legal domain name extension. |
Can I have more than one domain name "pointing" to my website? |
| Yes. Many customers want the .com, .net, and .org versions
of their domain name all pointing to their website. |
How can I check if the domain name I want is
available? |

to access our domain name search tool, enter the name as one word or two words to find all combinations. |
